Under 19: Sirens-San Giljan 16-7; Under 14: Sirens-San Giljan 15-1
Sirens made it a double in both competitions. There was no match in the Under 14 competition where our boys had to face far superior opponents who displayed all their qualities in terms of experience and swimming to secure a comfortable win. As we all knew there is a long way to go in this age group and a lot of work in training and recruitment needs to be put in.
The Under 19 match was more of a contest as the San Giljan boys against an older side which also includes two quality foreigners managed to put up a good performance. Similar matches provide valuable experience to our boys in view of future commitments.
