San Ġiljan Giuseppe’s were a few notches above what the ASA Youth team could produce in the second and last sessions of yesterday’s non-competitive match.

In fact, they won the quarters fairly comfortably to turn the match in their favour after the U-18s had taken a 4-2 first-session lead, with the third ending all square.

Top scorer for the Saints was ex-Neptunes player Matthew Pisani with five goals. For the ASA team, Diego Borg scored a hat-trick.
