This afternoon San Giljan suffered the second consecutive defeat in the BOV Winter League. The match was tighter than the result might suggest. However, Neptunes managed to pull away decisively in the second session which they won 3-0. San Giljan goals came from Matthew Pisani, Ryan Mock and Andrea Bianchi who converted a penalty.
San Giljan for most of the game were very tight in defence but they were too erratic in attack missing some sitters which should have been converted. San Giljan now need a win in one of the next matches to make it to the final round.
