In a match scheduled to be played at Exiles but which had to be played at San Giljan pitch due to the rough seas which hit our shores in the last few days, San Giljan beat Exiles 9-6. The sea was still a bit rough but just good enough to play.
San Giljan were superior throughout the whole match and could have put a wider margin between them and their opponents but were too erratic in attack. Nonetheless the boys are to be praised for their effort in difficult conditions which were not ideal to play waterpolo.
Once again Coach Bogdan Rath took the opportunity to rotate the whole team giving some precious match experience to under age players such as Tristan Said and Jake Bonavia.
