San Giljan ASC committee have met this evening and decided to ask Assistant Coach Aleksander Nikolic to step in as interim coach till the end of the season 2014. Effectively, this means that coach Nikolic shall guide the team for the final four matches of the season. He shall be supported in this extended role by Aurelien Cousin who joined the coaching ranks in the Youth Sector earlier this year.Club President Dr Daniel Aquilina was grateful towards both Nikolic and Cousin who understood the difficult situation that the club found itself in after the resignation of coach Sergio Afric earlier on Sunday 10th August.
