Over the weekend the Under 13’s beat M’Scala 25-7 in a very convincing win where once again Coach Bogdan Rath rotated all his players as all kids were given the opportunity to enjoy playing a competitive waterpolo match.
This week started with a somewhat expected double defeat against Sliema at Sliema pitch. However, while the display by the Under 15’s was disappointing (final score 18-4), the Under 20 against all odds challenged Sliema till the very end losing 11-9. San Giljan even missed two penalties. Nonetheless, it was a very positive team display which provided very encouraging indications to Head Coach Karl Izzo as several boys are showing their improvement game by game.
