San Giljan players shine on National team duty

Following the outstanding performance by the San Giljan Senior players Dino Zammit, Matthew Zammit and Dean Camilleri in the Commonwealth Games (Matthew Zammit was also the Tournament’s Top Scorer), where the Maltese team won a historic silver medal,  four Club’s Junior Players featured prominently in the EU 8 Nations Tournament held in Brno. Namely Frederick Buhagiar, Darren Zammit, Joseph Galea and Ben Plumpton were all protagonists of a very good tournament where the Maltese won gold winning all matches. In particular Ben Plumpton was voted Best Tournament Player and was also the Tournament’s Top Scorer.
