Dorian Pisani steps down from Head Coach

San Giljan Aquatic Sports Club confirms that Seniors Team Coach Dorian Pisani has moved out of his role for personal reasons.

Coach Dorian has been in charge of the team for two-and-a-half years, overseeing a period which will go down as a successful one in the Club’s history.

During this time, the team won the Premier Division League as well as the Knock Out competition twice, as the team managed a memorable double in 2020.

In 2021, Coach Dorian Pisani was also a finalist in the Sportmalta Coach of the Year Awards.

Club President Peter Bonavia, as well as the whole Club administration, would like to sincerly thank Dorian for his achievements at the Club over this period.

During his time at San Giljan, Dorian has been a credit both on and off the pitch, respected by players, staff and supporters.

The process of appointing a new coach has begun and further announcements will be made in due course.
