M’Xlokk Fischer 4 San Giljan Allcare 22
(2-6, 0-5, 0-4, 2-7)
San Giljan continued on their good start, against Otters, to record another high score victory, when facing the Southerners. M’xlokk had a good match, despite their loss to Exiles, but this time around they found the Saints too hard a nut to crack. M’xlokk did find the opposing net twice in the opening session, but then they had to wait till late in the match to score again. Meanwhile San Giljan were scoring at regular intervals, and they had already made sure of the result by the interval, when leading 11-2.
The Montenegro new man for the Saints, Alex Radovic, powered in a double hat trick, and Karl Galea scored on four occasions from close range, whilst Croatian, Zejliko Kovacic, managed a hat trick of goals. Otto Frick scored twice in the closing stages of the match, for M’xlokk.
