San Giljan ASC is proud to announce the contract extension of 2-time BOV player of the year, Ben Plumpton. 
Ben is an established National Team player, representing our country in top competitions such as the last European Championships held in Belgrade, Barcelona & Budapest. 
He joined our Club at the tender age of 13 and made all his way up through the Club’s junior teams winning several junior leagues over the years. 
As a senior player, he won 3 league titles, 6 KOs, 3 Winter Leagues and 2 Enemed Cups. Ben was one of the stalwarts in these winning teams, bringing the Club to beat its own unbeaten record and being voted Sportsmalta Team of the Year!
Over the years Ben became one of the favourites to the Giljanizi as he perfectly embodies the passionate spirit which distinguishes our supporters.
We all look forward to keep seeing Ben lead the Club to more success in the coming years, as this contract extension is further proof of the Club’s aspiration to remain at the very top of the local game
